When I received the Traveler, the lid handle was a bit loose, but I was able to quickly tighten the bolts with a screwdriver to make it more secure. The grill folds up into a trolley-like structure with a handle that you can pull along. The rubberized wheels are sturdy enough for most terrains, although they may not be suitable for very rocky areas. Although there is quite a bit of packaging, the good news is that much of the polystyrene has been replaced with solid cardboard tubing, which makes it easier to recycle.
