I recently purchased a medium suitcase from their website. I asked for a home delivery (not a pick up) but UPS left the suitcase at their UPS drop off point with no attempt made to deliver it to my address as agreed at time of purchase. I tried to change this on the UPS website but I couldn’t even log in. So I emailed American Tourister asking them to honour the home delivery and I’ve yet to receive an email back from them.

We ended up paying american tourister carry on to Samsonite for repairing these under warranty and Samsonite won’t reimburse you for expensed occured to protect your stuff and won’t guranttee for any future damage. Called company and was told they do not have replacement part.
