There is lower availability of tyres for different terrain. The bike has also doubled (trebled?) as a pub bike and a camping holiday rag-around bike. By its very nature (and diminutive stature) that any family member or friend can grab it and use it to go to nearest thing they need to go to it on (shop, bar, toilet etc). This bike has lived with a lock permanently attached to it somewhere (seatpost or handlebars usually). Items ordered specially into store will be held in-store for 14 days from the time that customers are notified that they are available for pick-up (unless mongoose fat bike otherwise agreed). If goods are not collected in that time they will added to shop stock and made available for general sale, deposits are non-refundable. The quickest option is to drop the stock back to us in store along with a copy receipt but alternatively we have made the online returns process as simple as possible for you.
